When I first joined this group called LOTH I really didn't know what I
was in store for. I am still so proud to be a part of this group after
6 months, as I was in the beginning, if not more. I was pleasantly surprised
to find this group of caring and sharing and helpful women. When I needed
prayers for my niece and nephews, LOTH was there. When I got a page up
requesting prayers and asked these women to please sign the guest book,
the women of LOTH answered the message and signed, which has meant a lot
to my sister, her family and me. The kids were so excited to see all of
the entries and the variety of countries and states. I love LOTH and plan
on staying involved with it forever, as time permits. I even got thrown
into jail...well that was fun too. I thank each and every member of LOTH
from the bottom of my heart. You all mean so much to me. I love you all.

LOTH is about friendship, caring and love. The message board
is filled with all kinds of posts. It's a great place to share your joy,
your problems, your need for advice, to request prayers for those in need.
It's nice to go there and give advice if it's asked for, lend an ear or
a shoulder to cry on and offer your prayers. LOTH is about helping people.
We have done such wonderful deeds the past year, whether it's something
small such as sending virtual birthday greetings to a loved one, signing
someone's guest book, or voting for a sister in the Site Fights. We have
also done much bigger projects such as helping to find the missing children,
helping Donna's daughter Sarah gain admission to the clinic, and helping
abused and/or injured children. Not to mention that the Secret Santas and
Cupids have been tons of fun and a great way to get to meet a sister you
may not have met before, which was my case. LOTH has been about all of
these things to me and I look forward to many more happy years with all

LOTH has been the greatest thing I've found online. It's amazing
to see such a wonderful group of Ladies who do so much for one another.
As I read the tidbits, I laugh, cry, and pray for all who need it. And
it's nice to know there are people out there who care for you, no matter
what. I am very proud to be a sister in this great group of women. .....CNTRYGRL
What does LOTH mean to me? It means never having to spend a
day alone... It means having a sister to listen to your worries, your doubts,
your pain... It means having a family to share your ups, your glories,
your triumphs! I have a large family in reality, but unfortunately do not
live near any of my siblings. Belonging to LOTH is like belonging to a
huge extended family, someone is always up, someone is always stumbling
around in the kitchen at midnight if you need a shoulder, or just need
a good laugh. I've been in LOTH almost since it's very beginning. I remember
when we hit 200 members, how we couldn't believe it had grown so large!

Never in my life have I seen so much uplifting and caring attitudes
from such a wonderful group of ladies. I love them all. They have shown
me the power of love, friendship and prayer are still out there and going

I work during the day at a trade association, the purpose of
which is giving people a chance to network with each other, make friends,
and share solutions to common problems. Well, LOTH is an association in
the same way. Looking for friends, I stumbled into the largest association
of women I could have imagined. The group is powerful, indeed. When united
for a common cause, we are invincible. You've heard "a sorrow shared
is a sorrow halved?" Well, a sorrow shared with 1700 other women is
very nearly negated. A problem brought to LOTH is dissected, discussed,
and promptly made short work of. A joy shared with LOTH sisters is made
much of, and every one of us, without making a conscious effort to follow
the creed, naturally encourages everyone to be the very best we can be.
We cry, fight, laugh and plot together; we throw all our burdens together
and lift them as one, and find some way to have fun doing it. We are truly
sisters. ....DANE
In the short two months I have been associated with LOTH, I
have found a warm haven. Women helping other women in small ways such as
sending a font that one really likes, but doesn't have. Women helping other
women in large ways, such as an e-mail/fax campaign to get a very ill child
into a treatment center. Women helping other women search for their children.
Women holding the hands and hearts of other women they have never met as
souls are bared, tears shed and healing begun. Women passing on a laugh
to lighten everyone's load if just for a moment. Women reaching around
the world to help a terrified "sister" who is looking war in
the face and has no where to turn. LOTH means meeting women I never would
have the chance to meet otherwise. Sharing my love for life all over the
world. Meeting women from all walks of life, all ages, races, beliefs.
Everyone of us with something to share with another. There are so many
facets to LOTH, how can I put ALL that it means to me in a few words. These
will have to do for now, as I am sure there will be a new meaning later
today, tomorrow, next week..............As we evolve and grow as women,
