WHY I LOVE LOTH

When I first joined LOTH, I figured I wouldn't fit in at all. The pages I had visited all seemed to have a direction and a purpose that mine didn't have. I thought I would find myself in the midst of a group of women who would think they were better than I was. I am proud to say that my assumption was so wrong. I was accepted with open arms, and loving hearts. I have seen a quality of caring, within this lovely group of Ladies, that one rarely sees these days. When there is a fight to be fought, people to give help to, prayers to be sent, they are all there, ready and willing. LOTH has been a true sanctuary for me these past few months, and I will be forever grateful to all of you. You are responsible for a burst of emotional growth in me, that I did not think was possible at my age.....BROWNEYES



I love LOTH because we really care about each other and we're there for each other. If I have a problem someone in LOTH will help me and I'd help anyone that needs me; I like the friendship, secret cupids, bunnys,etc. I'm not good at expressing myself but this is how I feel.....love BETTY P.

LOTH is an amazing experience that reaches far beyond the realms of cyberland. I never had a sister, I grew up with five brothers and now I have 1700 sisters! It is my pleasure to be a part of this group....and to the Founding Sisters of LOTH I give my deepest gratitude and thanks for their commitment, time and effort. I much admire them. WHY I LOVE LOTH or WHAT LOTH MEANS TO ME I am going to answer both questions! ;)

LOTH radiates warmth, bonding, friendships, sharing and many more virtues too numerous to mention! It is very amazing how women of all races from all over the world become one in LOTH! We all form a circle of friendship and break open the circle to welcome new sisters into the circle. The circle keeps getting bigger! I feel very honored to be part of LOTH! I am always looking forward to the tidbits and get excited when they arrive in my e-mail box! =) Many times, I can be seen hunched over in my chair reading the tidbits, sharing the happiness or pain of other sisters, & browsing through sisters' homepages with a mug of soothing hot chocolate! =) LOTH has arrived its one year mark and look where we are at today! Blessings and love to all my LOTH sisters. Even though I have not been an active contributor I faithfully read all the Tidbits that I receive almost on a daily basis. I have gotten to know so many of you simply by your wonderful sharing of news good and not so good. I have cried and laughed and in my heart reached out to many of you. The co-founders of LOTH deserve a special recognition for their selfless acts of goodness and willingness to share. It's especially heartwarming that such a powerful network of women can actually reach out and help one another with acts of love through the power of the Internet.
