Meme and Joe met through an online match maker web site. They started out writing to each other on April 28, 1997, then, met in person on May 19, 1997. That was when they decided that they were meant to be together. Meme has moved to Arkansas to be with Joe. They were engaged on June 28, 1997 and are planning an April 28, 1998 wedding.
